Wow from start to finish, the atmosphere and staff are wonderful. The kitchen is open to watch meat prep, the wine cellar is made of glass, games are always on and there is a nice quiet banquet room too. Food from salad to dessert were incredible. The sauce on the tomato buffalo mozzarella made that dish, lobster bisque incredible, sweet potato is what you'd expect, halibut with butternut risotto was phenomenal and the crème brûlée with white chocolate shell was a great way to end the night.

Came here for my birthday brunch and it was so good! Excellent selection and I didn't even take a photo of the carving station where they had prime rib (though I wish it was more rare), beef Wellington, and racks of lamb. Seafood - The shrimp was massive and so delicious but the star of the show was the snow crab legs. They were easy to crack and very meaty. There were also stone crab claws but I felt they were difficult to crack and didn't yield much meat. Missed the photo of the grilled lobster tails but they were fantastic and a crowd favorite. The sushi section had rolls and nigiri. Also loved the fruit station and the French toast. The gnocchi was pillowy soft. I couldn't eat everything but really loved the eggs Benedict. They also have a full omelette station for those who prefer that. Our server is a day one employee and you can tell he really loves to provide excellent service. I'm already looking forward to coming back for a special occasion.

This particular trip was to the Sunday brunch which we had reserved 5 months prior. Our reservation was for 12:30, we arrived closer to noon but were still immediately seated deep sithinthe dining room. We had a bit of a walk to access the food stations which allowed for ample calorie burn and therefore more room for food! I would say the $100/person price tag is well worth it if, and only if, you are a lobster/crab lover. You are permitted 2 lobster tails per trip. Each tail was of average to above average quality, especially when compared to similar ayce experiences (Palms). The crab and most other seafood dishes are served cold. The carving station included lamb, beef wellington, and prime rib. There was an assortment of other side dishes, desserts, and an omelet station. I brought 2 tails over for a delicious lobster omelet! If you are craving several lobster tails for the price of 1 or 2 at a typical steakhouse, I would definitely hit up this buffet!

Re: Sunday Brunch 11am-1:30pm Anthony's is located in the M Resort which is on the very south end of the Strip. It's in a casino, so there is plenty of parking. It's located near registration and the elevators to Lux. This review is for the Sunday Brunch, which is $99 and includes soda, juices, coffee, and tea (no alcohol) I must say the lobster tails were very nicely done. Plenty of flavor and no limit on how many you can eat. There is drawn butter, but that's not really needed. The snow crab legs are not steamed and served chilled. They were okay but would have been better if steamed. The sushi was okay. The shrimp cocktail was of a good size and good. The carving station was not as well as I hoped. The prime rib and beef Wellington were both dry. The lamp chops were pretty flavorful. The fruits were pretty fresh and the salad bar was well stocked and lightly touched. Our server Jesse was very courteous and constantly filling our drinks. We sat at the tables near the patio so there was not a lot of foot traffic to the buffet lines. Very relaxing and enjoyable brunch experience. We made our reservations months in advance.

the buffet at anthony's prime is every sunday from 11-1:30pm and reservations are highly recommended. at $99 per person, it's one of the more expensive buffets in vegas. the food quality is on the higher side and the food variety is less than average. it's actually small enough for me to list out below. food - cold display - smoked scottish salmon imported cured meats & pâtés imported & domestic cheese display grilled marinated vegetable platter sliced fresh fruit display yogurt & granola parfait sushi bar build your own salad caprese salad pasta salad deviled eggs snow crab legs, poached shrimp, crab claws on ice - soups - clam chowder lobster bisque - breakfast selections - egg & omelet station eggs benedict applewood smoked bacon, pork sausage roasted fingerling potatoes classic french toast breakfast pastries - carving station - roasted lamb provençal beef wellington (this is not always good. sometimes too well done) roasted prime rib - hot display - grilled airline chicken breast roasted lobster tail (these are high quality. much better than the ones at the ayce buffet at palms) grilled salmon & asparagus butternut squash ravioli au gratin cauliflower gnocchi pomodoro - dessert station - petit french pastries banana bread pudding service: service is great here. charity is great and was always there when i needed her.

To get my money's worth, I skipped items like fried rice and omelette station. Quality is a mixed bag like any buffet but for the most part, this was an enjoyable experience. Beef Wellington was dry and the most disappointing of the premium meats. I was happy with lobster tails, lamb chops, and prime rib although a piece here and there were not the best. Crab legs and jumbo shrimp were fresh and easy to peel. There was a hot salmon dish that was very tender and flavorful. No complaints about the sweets I got including yogurt and granola parfait, banana bread pudding, creme brulee, fruit tart. Service was very good from the waiters to the buffet stations. Ambience and seating were comfortable.

They have an excellent brunch and even though it's a little bit out-of-the-way, if you have the right company, this can be one of the best meals you've had on your trip. There's not a lot of selection, but there is just enough of everything good and it's nice quality. The service is excellent.

Unlimited lobster tails at the Sunday brunch!!! Make a rezzy NOW!!! :) This review is solely for the Sunday brunch although our dinner experience at Anthony's was amazing as well! Despite having to make reservations about six months in advance, it was well worth the wait! Zee highlights: 1. Did I say unlimited lobster tails??? They give you no shame when they see you getting more than one lobster tail! I did not feel fat shamed at all!! Haha! 2. The amazing service and staff! Jack was our server and was on top of everything, but more importantly, was such a great person who made us laugh and made great recommendations on the must gets such as the bread pudding dessert! The guy at the carving station (forgot his name) was so fun too and encouraged the gluttony!!! 3. Delicious food!!! The lamb chops, beef wellington, prime rib, shrimp, and of course the lobster tails were all amazing! Not to mention the desserts and yogurt parfait!! They had a neat assortment of cheeses (charcoal cheese anyone)? Make a reservation NOW and the wait makes the food taste that much better cuz the brunch is definitely worth the wait!! Try to get seat with Jack and you will have a blast!
